To celebrate their incredible achievement, we present you with a seasonally sweet strawberry dessert recipe from the contestants themselves. This strawberry and pink peppercorn mirror glaze mousse is loaded with summer flavour and perfect for Wimbledon season, but it’s certainly a challenge!
